Coping skills should be things that work for you. I like to intuitionally place coping skills and maintenance activities in life.

As I speak about in sessions, I have always seen the benefits of yoga on mental health, however Covid times and frequent batches of double tree cookies lead me to try it out myself. I can say I personally experienced many of the benefits. There are many programs online, the above link is just an option.
